Mars Hill Farm exists to provide jobs, fresh food and flowers to Dallasites, and to form strong connections between neighbors of all backgrounds. We believe that by providing people with rewarding work at living wages we can create a sustainable business and grow fresh produce just minutes from the heart of Dallas. 

All employment opportunities at Mars Hill are seasonal and are on a contract basis, meaning that each individual is hired to do a specific task to be completed within the scope of the contract at their own pace & schedule. All contractors will receive a 1099 at the end of the year and are responsible for their own taxes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hard-working & Team-oriented

• Self-motivated & Enjoys working outside

• Able to work in physically demanding conditions
  (Ability to lift 50 lbs)

• Drug free

• Personal Transportation & Valid Driver's License 

• Teachable and willing to learn

• Able to safely operate equipment
  (As instructed by farm management)

• Ability to be legally employed
